got a gift voucher from a friend and went there one of the Wednesday night. Had facial, massage and wash n blow dry spa package. Really loved it. Hairdressers and beauticians were very friendly, offered me tea and drinks at the beginning and even walked me to the toilet in between my treatment. The beautician had the best hand I've ever had and Im committed to go there for my monthly facial because of her now. Highly recommend!!!

hairdresser was so cute and knows what he does. very informative color consultation and my color turned out to be great. i was so worried about my color (due to my stupid home dye), and he fixed my color just in 2 hours and now im having beautiful platinum blond foils. love the treatment he gave to me and my hair now is so healthy and silky.

The hairdresser are rude and arrogant..they don't talk a word with you and make you feel unwelcome. One of him created the worst higlights I have ever seen...unfortunately on my head ( I wish I could attach a picture of my hair )... not only were they ugly....they were also bleached to death...I could pull it like rubber band and they are white not blonde.
They gave me some hair repair treatments, for one of them I had to pay myself and they even didn't pay for a hair end trimming. Thank you The Renaissance, that was the worst hair dresser experience I have ever had!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
