our 8 dogs lost avearge 4-7kg in during the 15 days stay in there. all dogs came home were shows ribs, back bones, hip bones. They don't give enough water and food, in fact, they give bore water not fresh water. they are not dog lovers, only care about money, we have taken them to consumer tribunal. This kennel should be shut down as they don't know how to look after people's pets.
