“As a boat owner from my teenage years, one is in need of a good marine mechanic. I eventually found Kirk at KT Marine in Caringbah as I needed someone competent to service my boats. I found Kirk to be professional, knowledgable, honest and one who pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend Kirk at KT Marine.”
“I contacted Western Marine by phone using the correct phone number and received a response from an Auto company. I asked if the company was Western Marine and the response was yes. I then enquired about some boat items and was told I can't help as I don't work for Western Marine that was why I answered the call saying Autos and laughed. I was then asked to call back in half an hour when the manager returned. This is one way to lose business, very annoying and won't be using them.”
“I am a concerned customer who placed an order for an anglapro boat a few months ago got the boat on time all good but the welding on the front and rear handrails and bollard not good. The welding is lumpy and rough there are permanent marker lines on boat next to welds and spatter and wire bottom of boat what happened to quality control? Even people that have no idea of what aluminium welding looks like have commented on it its an eyesore its one of the very first things one notices. This is all coming from a trade qualified boilermaker welder who has done both mig and tig aluminium welding. What can i say QUALITY SELLS ITSELF i have spoken to Derek from goodtimes marine and he understood my point of view but didnt seem too concerned as these boats have a three year warranty , would i void the warranty if i got the welds touched up a little they just dont do the rest of the boat justice .As a tradesman i was always taught to things once correctly and take pride in what i did looking forward to hearing from you soon.”
“The service was excellent. They responded quickly, understood what I wanted straight away and got it done in really good time. They sent me update emails too. The finished product for my yacht was brilliant. They are a very good company and I recommend them over any other company I have dealt with.”
