Specific Practitioners. Our firm has individual Professionals who are experienced in the above areas. These Legal Practitioners as well as having specifically relevant experience also in some case have language and other skills which can be utilized for particular debtors with various ethnic and language backgrounds. For instance Greek or Mandarin speaking practitioners may be assigned to deal with those target groups.
The firm also has Arabic Speaking and Russian Speaking Liaison officers. In addition the Firm has access to an experienced panel of specialist Barristers where and when it is necessary in large litigation matters, although their use is strictly controlled to avoid the unnecessary accumulation of costs to clients.
Certifications:
William Hu Staff Solicitor has had four years experience in the field of debt collection, Small Claims matters in the Local Court and has Briefed Counsel in a number Commercial Matters in the Supreme Court. Mr Hu speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and has a particular understanding of the Chinese and wider Asian business community.
James McGregor Staff Solicitor is a Graduate of the University of Technology, Sydney. He has had a number of years experience in debt collection matters and with the conduct of such matters in the Local Court of NSW.
Luda Reznikov Liaison Officer Ph: 02 9387 4836 or 0412 189 714 has had extensive Para Legal experience and speaks and writes Russian, Ukrainian and Polish. She has assisted extensively with business matters involving clients from these backgrounds in conjunction with the Firms Legal Practitioners.
