I dined at Romano's Italian Restaurant for the 2nd time over the weekend, and it was well worth the 30km trip. I had the mushroom veal (with a fancy Italian name that escapes me) & have to say it was THE most tender veal I can recall eating. Plentiful sauce, and not in the slightest bit rich. Finished off with a creme brulee (?) which was divine. 2 mains, 2 desserts & a bottle of wine for a shade over $100 is pretty good in this town. Friendly courteous staff and prompt service. Highly recommend a visit.
