Lugarno Pharmacy is a community oriented business, placing customer satisfaction and customer wellbeing at the fore.
This is emphasised through the variety of services provided, including:
- bone density testing
- bowel cancer screening
- blood glucose monitoring
- blood pressure monitoring
- home medication review
All of which aid in optimising customer health and well-being.
Additionally, friendly, understanding and conversant staff in conjunction with concerned, knowledgeable and experienced pharmacists, facilitate enhancing customer health, well-being and satisfaction.
Besides becoming a “Pharmacist Advice” pharmacy, Lugarno pharmacy has undertaken “Bowelscan”, which is a Community Health Awareness Program, supported by the Australian Rotary Health Research Fund. We have also undertaken a “Bone Density” program which featured an all-day in-house assessment performed by a qualified nurse from the Australian Bone Density testing Centre.
Lugarno pharmacy is also very active in promoting “Dose Administration Aids”, particularly with the elderly.

Lugarno Pharmacy is a member of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia whose main function is to maintain and improve the ethical standards of pharmacy as well as pharmacists and pharmacy salespersons.
Warren Del-Grande is a member of The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, The Australian College of Pharmacy Practice and Management, and a fellow of The Australasian College of Biomedical Sciences. Warren is also a reviewer of the Pharmacy Board of NSW for graduate pharmacists as well as a preceptor for Sydney University pharmacy students. All of which augment each other to making this pharmacy more academic and keeping up a high standard of knowledge to better assist our customers.
