Terrible work. I was promised three men for one hour, but after 25 minutes, one of them left for another job. Nothing was spoken to me, and I was home for the hour and met them on arrival. I specifically gave detailed instructions on where to cut my hedge, and half of it was entirely chopped down, losing nearly 2 metres of privacy and opening the house up to the street. They failed to dress palms as agreed, and the general quality of the work was dreadfully poor and unappealing from an athletic standpoint. Following this, I made numerous phone calls to Michael in an attempt to speak with him, but I was never able to do so. I was left to hire another company to rectify their work. Very dissatisfied and would highly advise finding better quality of service elsewhere.
