About Dogs SA

The SA Canine Association Inc (SACA), Trading as Dogs SA, is the State Office in respect to the affairs of registered breeders, the registration of pedigree dogs and the administration of canine exhibitions in South Australia. The Association is affiliated with the National Body, the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC). There are 95 affiliated Kennel, Group, Breed and Trials Clubs affiliated with Dogs SA which conduct shows and trials most weekends. Dogs SA’s responsibilities are: To maintain a register of pedigree dogs To promote all dogs participating in trial events To approve all exhibitions To provide recreational facilities to members To encourage and promote responsible dog ownership
