If for no other reason, how can you rate a bank highly when they only open at 9.30 and close at 4pm??? So only 6.5 hours, thats not service.

Just gave up after spending 1hr 15 minutes on hold trying to renew a SMSF term deposit. Transferred twice (Not my area, I can't help).
No option to request a callback. Obviously not clear what queue you are in.
