Bourke Street Butchery is a locally owned Dubbo butcher shop specialising in fresh, grass-fed beef and lamb, free-range pork and chicken and nitrite-free bacon, gluten-free and preservative-free homemade sausages with further quality meat cuts in store. Bourke Street Butchery proudly sources 90% of its meat from local farmers. We always aim to support local Australian beef, lamb, chicken and pork producers at every opportunity. Our experienced team is passionate about quality, locally sourced, sustainable meats, helping to make us Dubbo’s top-rated butcher. In 2022 we opened The Butcher's Wife Cafe, now serving delicious coffee and gourmet burgers as well as bacon & egg rolls, steak and rissole sandwiches, wraps, toasties, snacks and more.
