Premium Aged Beef Jerky and Australian Pork Crackle. Made From 100% Australian Beef and Pork. We strive to make the best quality product 100% of the time. We only use top quality local ingredients and products where possible. Our Beef is aged from 7 days to 14 days, before we start the Jerky process and is marinated for 7days to lock in the flavour. So PJ's Jerky is like no other beef Jerky you can find. Our Pork Crackle is made from 100% Australian Pork. It's a long process to make, 36 hrs!! But it will only take you 5 seconds to finish. We only have Beef with four flavours and the Pork Crackle, so we can pull all our focus on a great product, not just marketing the Jerky craze. PJ
