One hot Summer Saturday arvo I was short of time and desperate for my car to start, as my immobiliser had apparently died. He quoted a reasonable call out fee, and was upfront about the time required to get my car up and running again. However, the real value was that he was honest enough to suggest I first try replacing the battery (something that hadn't occurred to me), before I spend any money. It was an quick and easy fix. I respect Taras for not trying to pull one over on me.
