All good reviews for Alberts but my experience was not great, contacted them a week earlier wanting a new CD player they promised me a Kenwood player so I booked it in coming all the way from Bridgetown as Bunbury could only do a Pioneer they said they would do it and would be better then a Pioneer all good at this stage drove up to Joondalup on the 19th got there half hour early the sales man then told me he thought they did not have the Kenwood in stock as no longer made in that model but was not sure and would send a guy to the wharehouse to check they may only have a Pioneer. He said he would let me know by phone if they did not have it, so I left my car there and went shopping did not here from them, went back hours later and surprise I had a Pioneer in my car, would have had one if I went to Bunbury so would have been the same but they could have contacted me long before I drove all the way there to let me know the Kenwood was not an option, it should have been there when I got there not go for a drive on the day to pick it up, also had to go back as they put the wrong time on it and still not right they put 2am not pm so date is 12 hours out spent a thousand bucks plus petrol for a bad experience there is only one Alberts left in Perth now I would not care if it closed as well, not happy Tim. Also the unit installed not the one I was billed for.

The guys saved me lots of money by being able to fix my double din after I thought it was fried, really honest guys and I recommend them to everyone ❤️
