Once I decided to make the commitment to work with Jarryd on my chiropractic health, I was amazed at the rapid change in my posture. A friend told me I looked taller. My shoulders are now back instead of rolled forward. My resilience to everyday stress is improving. I was very concerned about the back of my lower neck developing a bump because my head was tilting forward. That bump has now gone. Quite incredible. I am no longer concerned about becoming hunched and stooped over as the years go by. Very pleased with the results so far. I remain committed to this extremely worthwhile process.
