Had a "not bootable" issue with my laptop. Needed it for work whilst in Cairns for 3 weeks . Rachel quoted on a new disk .... BUT found that the shonky tech in Melbourne had jammed the new disk (18 months prior) with paper and the disk had come loose.
Very honest lady ... only charged for labour when she could have charged for a new disk ... Bought her a Tatts tkt .... but we didn't win .. guess we both did win with a very positive transaction on both sides.
