I had the audacity to interrupt the staff while they were busy doing something else, obviously more important. Wanted advice, was given a browser to look up the answers myself. I just needed the part on that day, so decided to overlook the rudeness and buy the part anyway. Was given the wrong part, which I fortunately realised before buying. Expensive, too. Will not shop there again. Too bad, because the choice is quite OK.
