Susanne and I just wanted to write to say thank you and how happy we are with our new kitchen.

We undertook the renovation with a fair degree of trepidation hearing stories of how easily things can go wrong and the difficulty of living in a house while the works are undertaken.

You were referred to us by The Maker, the designers of the kitchen, and their confidence that you would be a right fit for the project was well justified.

Right from the start we were impressed with your professionalism and assurances that the job could be done in a timely manner and with minimum disruption.

You explained how you would proceed and provided a definitive time table.

It was obvious from the very first day the works commenced you have a very experienced and professional team of workers and trades who work well together, who take pride in what they do and who are most respectful that they are working in a client’s home.

All of the works were completed as described and you kept to that strict timetable. Even the issues that could not have been foreseen prior to the demolition of the old kitchen were quickly and effectively sorted.

The quality of workmanship and your attention to detail cannot be faulted.

Susanne and I could not be happier with the new kitchen you produced. We enjoyed the experience of working with you and your team and please pass on our gratitude to the guys and to Louise in your office who handled all of the paper work so efficiently.
