The local workforce provides customers with mine site project management, product and technical support, field service and maintenance, parts sales, machine and maintenance training, and building of mining excavators, trucks and bulldozers, with support from management and administration teams. The facility also hosts a state-of-the-art parts warehouse of 5,000m² and service workshop of 3,000m². The Redcliffe location is also home to sales account managers for the earthmoving, components and crawler cranes & foundation cranes divisions.
