About Kristen Cooper Holistic Counsellor

I am a Counsellor and ThetaHealing®️ Instructor and Practitioner. In session I create a safe environment for you to explore the feelings and beliefs that have stopped you from reaching your potential. Together we discover the influences that have created your current reality. We then look at ways of removing and transforming perceived limitations to enhance your wellbeing and help you to create the reality that you desire. In classes you learn these techniques to enable you to work on yourself, friends, family and clients. Anything can be achieved with discipline, effort and guidance. The only limits in life are those we place on ourselves.
