Terrible service! Was looking for an item in the kitchen area which I couldn’t find even though when I checked on line, Spotlight was a stockist. Not one salesperson on the floor, and when I went to a counter to ask someone who was blowing up balloons, I was told to go to the counter in the kitchen area to ask. I told her the line was 20 deep and she said you’ll need to line up, even though all I wanted was to ask a question! Went back to the kitchen counter, waited til the sales boy finished with the customer and quickly asked if they stocked the item, when he promptly said get to the end of the line. Are you kidding me??? The most disgusting and rude service I’ve ever received anywhere. Who is in charge of hiring and training the staff at Trinity Gardens Spotlight? For gods sake, Spotlight manager get your hands out of your pocket and hire not only extra staff but polite and well mannered ones.
