Recently came to DBS with a bad vibration that two previous mechanics offered a basic but expensive solution for. I felt comfortable talking with DBS about the potential issues. As the job progressed they were open to discuss with me as it turned out there were multiple parts in poor condition. Workmanship and transparency was over and above. I can't believe how much the other mechanics quoted me compared to DBS. I know I ended up at the right place.

Took my car into to get a customised diff. It took 3 months to get my car back. I was only ever contacted once about the situation, I was having to chase them up about the progress of the job the whole time. Also upon receiving my car back I noticed they had damaged the paint work to the roof and boot of my car, which they have denied doing and accused me of doing it. It was brake fluid which had dripped onto my vehicle from being parked underneath a vehicle which was situated on their hoist. They have refused to take responsibility and pay for the damages caused. Their attitude towards the situation was disgusting. Becoming aggressive when I went to talk to them about it. Save yourself the hassle and take your money to a professional and reliable business.

REPLYING TO DBS

There was no discount what so ever, nothing was written in the contract or even verbally mentioned. Another LIE. I got a loan through Humm which was paid off before I picked the car up. I have receipts and emails on all of this.The custom axels were supposedly meant to take 1 month, it took 3, CCTV footage would not be able to see paint damage on a vehicle. You lied to your insurance company about the car being on the hoist the whole time, as I had come to see you guys on 2 seperate occasions and my car was out the front of your workshop both times! Rex and yourself Wayne were both aggressive towards me, I didn’t damage anything what so ever, if I did you would have taken it to the police and I would be charged!! You both are nothing but filthy compulsive liars.
