With over 20 years fitness experience, Bec is a specialist in assessing muscle and movement dysfunction, corrective exercise, women fitness and the myofascial system of the body. Working with all types of personal training clients but focusing on preventing major injury by correcting incorrect movement patterns early, at the niggly pain stage, before major injury, and getting people back into exercise after injury or after working with physiotherapists or exercise physiologists.
