We have used Kingsley at Complete Granite & Marble three (3) times and have always found him to be very professional and passionate about his work. His tradecraft is first class and would recommend him without reservation. His knowledge of the product is excellent and his advice is priceless. We had one builder who asked for our granite slab to be delivered to them for cutting and preparation but when Kingsley saw that they were going to just have the granite slab propped on a pallet so that they could cut it down with an angle grinder, he refused to do so, stating that the slab would be damaged and that they needed to organise for an appropriate person who knew what they were doing to cut it properly. We were so appreciative that Kingsley stood behind the product he sold and did not want to compromise it. Kingsley should be applauded for his very high level of professionalism and attention to detail. We have looked at several other suppliers but none come close to Kingsley at Complete Granite & Marble…..job well done.
