Best cut I have had in years. Sandra transformed my long, thick, unmanageable hair into a short style that I love.

Very disappointing . Two cuts in four months and my hair is far from the healthy wavy hair it was prior first cut. Much shorter than I would have wanted , uneven and lifeless. I wanted a trim, four inches was taken off and against its natural curl. I've been devasted ever since. If not experienced to "trim" curly hair then I should have been referred to a staff member that was qualified. Sadly I will not be going back.
