My wife went in to get her hair coloured a light brown. It’s turned out black. They then put more chemicals in. Now it’s a weird red. Her hair feels dead. Izzy one of the other lady’s tried to fix as best she could. But the other lady needs further training that started the treatment. We got some free samples to try and fix it. THANKS

Not happy would not recommend if you like your hair. Would take photos to show the hair but wife is embarrassed to share on the internet.
