DHH is always our "go to" when booking a holiday home in Dunsborough. We have used their services twice now and have always been impressed with not only the homes but also the cleanliness and the superb customer service. Thanks again for another wonderful stay!!

location was great however this is where it ended.

We booked bedding and arrived to find our linen on the back porch in the cold the linen was damp and very uncomfortable, the linen provided were flat sheets only that did not fit the bed. NO fitted sheets.

the linen cost $80 they couldnt even make the bed?????? the hot was was turned off when we arrived so no hot showers for the first night. if you do check prior to arrival or even drop sheets off how hard is it to turn on the hot water. The back Yard was unusable as the neighbours next door can see straight in to the yard. my partner was trying to sun bake and they were literally watching her. when you pay a premium for these properties you expect the little things which are offered by exclusive holidays. it seems DHH is a very poorly, lazy run business not interested in repeat business for that i give them 1 star
