He was exceptionally helpful and understood our needs. He helped us out throughout the whole process, right from day one to key handover and beyond.

We've only just signed off the contract with Josh Beardsell, and all we could say is that our New Homes Consultant, Josh, made the process quick, fun and smooth. We appreciate how he's super friendly, cares bout his clients, flexible and quick on his feet by putting the land on hold for us a week after we enquired, and organised a meeting despite we had no choice but to meet him after 5pm office hours.

During the home modification, customizing and costing, we appreciate how he's an attentive listener, and did his best to incorporate everything that was important to us. He ensured that we are happy with everything and that we didn't feel like we were forced into anything. He was patient and approachable to all of our questions throughout the process. We also like how transparent he was throughout it all- i.e. where is the price coming from? Understanding Site works, the standard cost vs. the customization breakdown costs.

My partner and I are first home buyers, it's hard not to have many doubts and anxieties of building, the responsibility, fear of regret and the commitment of costs to pay. But Josh, really put ease and peace of mind to us by showing and explaining the quality of build, time frame promise and their reputation as part of the ABN Group. So we liked, the fact that he ensured we understand what we're getting ourselves into, that we understand where all the price is coming from and ensuring that we are getting what we are paying for.

So far we are happy with everything and we can't wait to see the end result of it all.
