I recently had issues with a new watch. Leanne and her manager went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that it was examined and subsequently replaced in a matter of only one day as we were about to travel. We can't thank them enough for going to such lengths to ensure that we could take my new watch with us on our trip rather than wait until our return to get it back.

AMAZING customer service at Cockburn!!!

I recently purchased a beautiful Vera Wang wedding ring, I dealt with Hang (the store manager) & she was one of the best customer service people I have dealt with. From start to finish Hang was warm & friendly, easy to deal with & made the process of purchase a smooth one. There needs to be more customer focused people like her. She is an asset to Mazzuchellis Jewelers & I will be recommending people to go & see her.
