Wish I could give them -10

Absolutely horrible service. My container arrived in Freo on 21st November and to date I have not received any of the goods. Only one "God" Edwin Michelic there knows everything and he does not even bother to return phone calls.

So bad and lazy they are, they are not even willing to transport the "cleared" goods/pallets. If I had workers like him working for me, I would sack them straightway.

We have incurred a huge loss of opportunity to open our new shop before Christmas, the condition of our goods (food items) are a question mark now and nobody there is taking any responsibility whatsoever.

Pathetic is the right word to describe them. Please STAY AWAY from them I'd strongly urge.
