The store is a joke brought a scooter in for a warranty battery. Got the scooter back from them and son went for a ride and came back saying there’s a noise. I had a look and they had left the back wheel finger tight. Great tech

I took my scooter into scooteroo Osbourne park for a flat tyre. Craig and Allan are very knowledgeable in all things e scooter related Craig set up my controller and help me load it in the boot of the car. For someone who brought my e scooter elsewhere it’s great to experience helpful guys and deal with other scooters not just what’s on sale in the shop. Unlike scooter hut who only service their one shop brought scooters. I think this is what make Scooteroo stand out from competitor's.. I will be a long time customer and encourage anyone I talk to, to see Scooteroo Osbourne park.
