About Seal Bay Conservation Park
Seal Bay has been home to an Australian Sea Lion population for thousands of years, and offers one of the most exceptional nature-based experiences in the world. Unique to SA and WA, the species is endangered with a total population of 12,000. There are no enclosures or cages at Seal Bay. Instead, an experienced guide will take you into the heart of the colony (at a safe distance) where you’ll marvel at the breathtaking wildlife, white sands, bright blue skies and stunning unspoiled vistas. A truly remarkable, once in a lifetime experience. Visit our website for seasonal opening times, guided/self-guided tours (no booking required), facilities, filming/photography, and most importantly, information regarding our commitment to conservation..

Great way to see the sea lions close up and support the research efforts at the same time. Definitely worth a visit.

If you want to see the seals in a natural habitat this is the place to go. Don't expect to be getting really close.
