I am a hills-based naturopath serving the local community in assisting with health concerns and optimal wellness. I have qualifications in both naturopathic medicine and integrative nutrition and take great pride in getting to know my clients' health using investigative case taking, in clinic assessment and functional testing.
Naturopathy is grounded in finding the root cause of your symptoms, assessing and tweaking diet and lifestyle, seeking optimal nutrient levels with nutritional supplementation and functional foods, and utilising herbal medicines where appropriate.
