I’ve been going to MB for 5 years now and have loved all of their staff.

In the past year a new receptionist was hired and she is always unpleasant however today she was the epitome of rude.

When I opened the door, I was greeted with the word “Name?” and then abruptly told to take a seat. She didn’t say ‘hello’, ‘how are you’, she literally didn’t even give me time to close the door.

After my appointment I rebooked with the other receptionist and the originally rude girl continued to give me rude looks while sighing as if I was inconveniencing her without even speaking to her.

This is no discredit to all of the other amazing staff at MB however I think this needs to be addressed.
