Phoned them to quote on an internal paint of our home and was told he couldn't get there for a few days as he was busy. I said that was fine as I was going away for a week he replied he would phone me on my return and to send him our details which I did. Nearly three weeks later still waiting for a phone call! If you don't want the work just say so!
