Was told to go to another clinic by the nurse?after spending 45 mins here and 3 attempts of taking my blood which was unsuccessful. Got a feeling the lady was inexperienced at what she was doing. Thanks for the sore arms.

I had to get my blood taken and am terrified on needles, the lady who took my blood was very soothing and made the whole process very easy for me.
