About Unique creatures fitness

As a newly minted personal trainer I will utilise my 16+ years of physical and military training to help people become the best versions of themselves. I will employ a holistic approach and not just focus on the physical but mental strength as well. Fostering good mental health is extremely important to my overall approach as I have spent the last 8 years battling my own mental health issues. When it comes to training I can train any modality but I don’t take myself to seriously. I love to have fun and make people happy! This is where my future lies.
