Strong Bodies Strong Minds Fitness provides training for a wide variety of ages and levels of fitness. The week starts with Body Weight Training connecting the brain to the body. Wednesday is strength training for endurance, bone and heart health. Finishing off the week with friday extended movement through functional training. Group training at 6am and 9am for those looking for a faster pace. 7.30am for Masters 65yrs+. Hike2Fit 6 week programs for those wanting to get back to nature, plan for that next outdoor trail adventure or want to improve their overall fitness. Personal trainer is on offer all week with one to one training designed around your health and lifestyle goals.
