Absolutely incredible service from PBR plumbing! Thank you so much to Paul, who promptly and professionally responded to my initial enquiry, as well as providing me an itemised quote explaining all (very reasonable) costs involved very shortly thereafter. He instantly made me feel confident I had made the right choice in PBR, and reassured me that we would be well looked after.

Thanks in particular go to Jake, who came out to our house to attend to what was originally one job - but turned into three (at my request)! Jake was friendly, professional, prompt, efficient, reliable, knowledgable - and did an AMAZING job! He was additionally flexible, adaptable, and able to think outside the box in devising solutions to unusual problems.

Jake also worked fast, tidied up after himself, tried hard to save us money $$$ (much appreciated!) and was so respectful of our house and being in someone else's space. An absolute asset to PBR plumbing, and we would not hesitate to recommend Jake or PBR to anyone!
