Office hours may be 6AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and public holidays.

But the service attender suggested 11AM office opening since it gets busy in morning around their parking lot sorting out deliveries outgoing. Closing time may be as early at 4:30PM if it's a quiet day.

Paid for express delivery, wasn't home, now I have to drive 30km to pick item up, during their very limited office open hours.... ????????????
