I asked for the fastest, tracked and ended up with the slowest, untracked. When questioned was told I was wrong and to call AusPost helpline. AusPost confirmed what I expected and were amazed I was given such bad advice. Double check their advice online before you commit, or just wait till you get to a proper postoffice where they know what they're talking about.

Manager was very rude and hung up on me when she was confused as to what I was inquiring about. She was rude and interrupted constantly. Will not be using this facility again.
