About Integrative Psychotherapy - Irene Quintavalle
Irene is an ACA and PACFA accredited Psychotherapist. With more than a decade of expertise in the practice and teaching of Yoga, she works with both mind and body awareness. She has extensive training in the Integrative approach and is also proficient in Italian, Spanish, and French. Irene has a multicultural practice and welcomes clients from all walks of life. She works with individuals and couples for a wide range of concerns: anxiety and depression, relational difficulties, attachment repair, low self-esteem concepts, lifestyle issues, somatic disturbances, chronic pain, trauma and PTSD, and on to existential matters and grief and loss. She uses a person-centred and collaborative approach and has a warm and compassionate presence.
