I’m a tenant and have rented under Residential & Investment Realty for several years. They have always been great to deal with and very efficient in handling matters for the landlord/owner. Case in point recently when the gas boiler at the property failed (end of life) and R&IR’s Property Manager was able to secure owner approval and get a plumber out to install a replacement THE SAME DAY!

Beyond this, inspections, etc are always notified of in advance and queries answered promptly.

Kudos to the team at R&IR, who are always friendly and good to deal with. It’s refreshing where many real estate agents don’t have a good reputation to witness the likes of R&IR and see what a very good job they do.
