Follow-up review! They were booked and confirmed for 2pm Wednesday 24/1/24. I receive a call at 2:30pm (half an hour after they were supposed to be there for those playing along at home!) saying they’ve “double booked me for this morning (my job was at 2:00pm) and also the boys are saying it’s too hot”

So it is very obvious to me that there was never a double booking number 1. Number 2, why lie about it?

If you were double booked because of your own incompetence, that’s on you. If you try and pretend it takes half an hour after a job was supposed to start to contact the client and tell them this? Oh wow, that is pathetic.

Note: these people charge $140 an hour, 4 hours minimum. $560 dollars minimum, no matter how small the job. They cannot answer phone calls or emails correctly.
