Ink Cartel Tattoos is a friendly dynamic and energetic Tattoo and Body Art Studio, in the Inner South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Located on Warrigal Rd. across Atherton St. next to Paramount apartments on the bridge overpass in Oakleigh, only minutes away from Chadstone Shopping Center and in the heart of Oakleigh's bustling restaurant district, next to the train station and bus stops, also plenty of carparking available. We are an appointment based studio due to the Covid. Our studio can accommodate all of your tattoo needs, from fineline, black and grey, colour, traditional/neo-traditional Japanese.
