Good old swan towing has had my sons car impounded for the last 28 days,yes he did the wrong thing and has paid the price but he rang them today telling them he cant pick the car up until tomorrow and out of the kindness of their hearts they told him we will charge you another 25 dollars storage fee no slack with these people.yes their running a business,but hey what's wrong with a bit of compassion you just got 28 days of storage fees out of him ,
