We just purchased our second car from here. Both experiences were easy and friendly. After having a not so great experience at another location Christos was so great with communicating with us and dealing with our busy schedule. He kept us informed and made the process as easy and stress free as possible. When we picked up our car, both Christos and Angelo were happy to answer any questions we had and we were told not to hesitate to call if we had any problems. We would definitely recommended Christos or Angelo to our friends looking to buy a car.

I did buy a used 2019 car in 2021. Car still under 5 years warranty. When I contacted for next service they told the car is not cap priced service eligible. I was shocked to hear that, I was not informed during buying. This was not expected from such a big business. Later send email to customer service but they didn't reply. Very poor behavior.

Car buying experience was not bad.

7/6/22 They contacted me just after the above feedback and accepted the issue. This is a good behaviour from a business. I was explained as the car was under gold fleet discount with previous owner that's why it was not under any service facility. Interesting, so buyer needs to be clever to ask before buy. There are three types of service option, cap price, fixed price and log book service. Customers need to be smart to ask about those. They agreed to be more transparent on this matter.

I was offered a compensated service from the used car manager, but I might not take it.
