My husband and I have been customers of Firepower Customs and Classics a few times over the last few months with different car troubles. Most recently, three days before Christmas when my car was taken off the road due to serious mechanical issues. Thinking I would be unable to find a mechanic to book in my car so close to Christmas, I rang Firepower in the hope of booking it in ASAP after the Christmas break. Upon speaking to Shane and Peter about the issues with my car, they insisted on booking my car in immediately so that My family wouldn’t be without a car for Christmas. Within 2 hours my car had been towed to Firepower, was being looked over by their team of mechanics and parts were being ordered. My car was back on the road in less than 24 hours and has never driven better. Peter kept us updated along the way, letting us know how they were progressing and communicating any complications as they arose.
