If negative stars was an option we have been a customer of bidfoods for over 16months, during this time there was $100’s worth of goods that’s was returned due to incorrect items, or product damage (that’s wasn’t the issue) it was the months of emails phone calls and continuous follow up to be refunded. Do not give this multi million dollar company your business with the amount of money over months of arguing to have items refunded that I didn’t even have. I definitely wouldn’t be the only people they do this too how many 1000’s of items aren’t refunded to customers weekly for damaged stock.
