Selling my boat would have been challenging for any broker because it’s a practical proposition for only a very small segment of the market. But Chris demonstrated his proactive approach from the start by contacting me to express his interest in listing the boat months before I was even sure I wanted to sell. I had no contact at any time from any other broker. And his attitude persisted throughout the sale process, which was concluded very much sooner than I’d expected.

His advertising – photography, video presentation etc was simply outstanding – he took on an active caretaker role for the boat (I now live a day’s drive from Freo) – he’s a very experienced, able and active sailor which came in very handy, offered plenty of valuable advice in a no-nonsense way and at the end of the day achieved the sale at the exact price we had agreed would be acceptable at the very outset.
