Kathy made my husbands 40th Birthday cake. He is a cycling freak so the cake was 3 tiers will one team menber from every team from the 2011 Tour de France. The cake was amazing, very detailed and stunning. It not only looked great it also tasted fantastic. Thank you Kathy for making his day so very special.

i ordered a Jack Skellington birthday cake for my girls 18th and was so dissappointed and shocked with what i got. i paid $84 for a simple vanilla/choc marble, white icing cake with a few black dots on it to make the face. It looked nothing like the picture i emailed thru. and it was just plain chocolate.not happy at all was so very embarrassed to bring that cake out and sing Happy Birthday in front of all the guests.yours sincerely Very unhappy customer

Elegant Occasions made 4 spelling errors in my wedding invitations and then refused to fix them without a cost. My options were to send out my invitations containing spelling mistakes or pay an additional $580 to have them reprinted. The manager of the store yelled at me on the phone and called me names. This is the last thing a bride needs leading up to her big day!
